Building plot with a total area of 14ha, finished hall with multifunctional industrial area 3600 sq m. Located near the highway Belgrade-Novi Sad-Horgos (E75), the plot directly goes into the regional road R109 (the road with 4 traffic lanes), which is a direct connection of Indjija city with the international highway E75. The proposed site is located in the part of Block 94, which is designed for industrial zone. Construction of industrial, manufacturing and business establishments is permitted to complete the planned location for the industrial zone. Facade and roof panels meet all the thermal and fire requirements and standards.Windows and structural facades are made out of aluminium profiles with interrupted thermal bridge, iso-glazed glass, (maker Glaverbel, Belgium-STOP SOL GRAY) excellent thermal characteristics. Blinds of the Al profiles by window facility are used for longitudinal ventilation. Large doors are segmental, the mechanism for opening under the ceiling of boxed profiles, with the filling of styrodur and tin coating. In the segment of large doors small doors have been installed dim 95/198, according to the fire requirements. Entrance doors in the segment of continuous glass facades are all in accordance with the manufacturing scheme.

Hala se nalazi na zemljištu ukupne površine 14ha, hala je multifunkcionalni industrijski objekat površine od 3600 m2. Nalazi se nedaleko od autoputa Beograd-Novi Sad-Horgos (E75), parcela direktno izlazi na regionalni put R109 (put sa 4 saobraćajne trake), što je direktna veza grada Inđije sa međunarodnim autoputem E75. Lokacija se nalazi u delu Bloka 94, industrijske zone.Hala potpuno završena i privedena za krajnu upotrebu.Fasadne i krovne ploče odgovaraju svim zahtevima i standardima toplote i vatre.Prozori i strukturalne fasade izrađeni su od aluminijumskih profila sa prekinutim termičkim mostom, stakla izo-glaziranog, (proizvođač Glaverbel, Belgija-STOP SOL GRAY) odlične termičke karakteristike.Roletne Al profila od strane prozora koriste se za uzdužnu ventilaciju. Velika vrata su segmentna, mehanizam za otvaranje ispod plafona kutija profila, sa punjenjem stirodur i limena obloga. U segmentu velikih vrata postavljena su mala vrata dim 95/198, prema zahtevima za požar. Ulazna vrata u segmentu kontinualnih staklenih fasada su u skladu sa proizvodnom šemom.
