Project 1: Instructor Memo
TO: Mr. Matt Spencer
FROM: Amanda Sanchez
DATE: May 8, 20__
SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal
As you are aware, I am in the process of completing simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have
your approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and
returning it to me.
The name of my restaurant is Wicked Kickn’ BBQ. The theme for my restaurant is to give my
customers the feeling of being at a summer barbeque in the heart of Texas with a spicy sauce
and all the fixin's. The color scheme that I have decided to use is a combination of red, yellow,
orange, and white. The signature dish at my restaurant is Wicked Kickn’ Chicken. The restaurant
will be located in El Paso, TX.
My grandmother was always either in the kitchen or outside cooking up some type of barbeque
cuisine on the grill. Nana Maria, who was famous for adding fiery spices to her dishes, would
always squeeze my cheeks and say, “This is some wicked kickn’ stuff,” as she proudly served me
a dish of barbeque chicken, ribs, wings, or whatever the main dish was that day.
I approve this restaurant proposal for use in simulation.
I do not approve this restaurant proposal for use in simulation.
