The clientCardiff University was founded in 1883, and is now established as one of Britain’s leading research universities.The University excels in innovation, research, education and building strong international relationships whilst demonstrating commitment to Wales.
The briefThe contract was a full fit-out to provide new administration and canteen facilities for Cardiff University. The work included: New flooring/finishes, suspended ceilings, partitions for new cellular offices, new mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a full furniture installation.
Project deliveryConcentrating in the office areas, we fitted new LED light fittings alongside reworking the existing air conditioning and ventilation system. Then followed the refurbishment of the existing teapoints and creation of larger break out facilities for the staff.
The project was delivered in a tight timescale while still providing a high quality finish.
