The building is located in Central Buda next to the Danube with a breathta-king view. Excellent accessibility, plea-sant microenvironment and wide scale of services add value to an inspirational real estate solution. Modern technical standards ensure the optimal working environment in the class A office buil-ding on nearly 14,000 sq m. The office building designed in Scandinavian and Hungarian style was built in 2001. The office building is a landmark scheme in Budapest due to the unique architectu-ral solutions.
