This document reports on the full set of communication materials produced for the dissemination and

communication activities of the INSPEX project.

These materials will be regularly updated and improved in order to reflect INSPEX progress and outcomes.

1. Introduction

Deliverable 7.2 (D7.2) of Work Package 7 (WP7) reports on the full set of communication materials produced

for the dissemination and communication activities of the INSPEX project.

The communication materials and visual identity of the project that has been developed to support the

implementation of the Plan for Dissemination and Communication (D7.3) is made available on the public

website described in D7.1 for easy downloading by a wider international audience. All the information used

for dissemination and communication purposes are tailored to the specific dissemination channel.




2. Project website

The INSPEX Web Site has been set up and includes most of the relevant information known at this stage of

the project. It shall be regularly updated with content throughout the project and will remain open for at

least two years after the end of the project.

3. Project communication kit

3.1. INSPEX logo

The INSPEX logo was uniquely designed by CSEM team during the proposal

phase, see D7.3 — Communication & Dissemination Workplan. It is integrated

in all of the project marketing tools such as the INSPEX website, flyer,

deliverable templates, presentation templates, newsletters, etc. The INSPEX

logo is available at the SharePoint website under the Templates area to all

partners.

3.2. Overall project presentation (pptx)

We prepared a full set of slides to present the project and made it available on SharePoint:

The presentation can be tailored to be consistent with the time schedule of a particular event as far

as the vision of the project is not altered.

3.3. The project leaflet

The project leaflet contains key messages for different stakeholders, namely a short summary o n the

project, main objectives, a description of the overall approach and methodology as well as

information on INSPEX's consortium and contact information.

The size of the page is A4 (297x210 mm), while the leaflet is of size A5. It was designed by CEA and the

content was prepared and agreed with the entire Consortium, see D7.3 — Communication &

Dissemination Workplan. Leaflets will be handed out at physical events throughout the project,

including international conferences, workshops, congresses, exhibitions and meetings as part of the

dissemination kit given to attendees.

The leaflet will be regularly updated in order to reflect INSPEX advances and main results.




3.4. The project poster

A project poster has been made available to the consortium on the SharePoint platform. It provides a

summary of the project vision. As for the leaflet, it will be regularly updated to reflect the project

progress and outcomes.

3.5. INSPEX press release

On January 16, INSPEX press release was issued. It is available on INSPEX website. The press released

is reported in Annex 1, see also D7.3 — Communication & Dissemination Workplan.




4. Initial presence in social media

Social media can be a strong tool to disseminate the project results and engage in communication with the community. However, social media makes sense only if there is a community commitment and if the targeted media are carefully chosen Three social media communities will be targeted by INSPEX.

4.1. LinkedIn

Relevant LinkedIn ICT, IoT groups have been targeted. The project will use these groups to disseminate the project research news, results, potential exploitation opportunities and impact to a large community of both researchers and industrials.

4.2. Twitter

Partners who have Twitter accounts will be encouraged to twit about the project with the relevant hash tags

#INSPEX #H2020 so that messages can reach a broader and undefined audience:

4.3. Facebook

A Facebook account has been also set up, where latest news regarding INSPEX will be published.
