To make the GDM coal mine to a pilot coal mine for a fully mechanized underground coal mine in Indonesia, on site guidance was
conducted with 6 priority areas for guidance items, mining, transportation, mechanical, electrical, ventilation, safety.
【Result of the 2018 Fiscal year】•On site training for 1,196 employees (total number) at GDM
Coal Mine.
•Hold a seminar for mine safety officer (government
employee), coal mine employee in East Kalimantan, and
Introducing initiatives of the GDM coal mine. (total
participants are 50 people).
•Drill length from September 17 to February 12 are No.2
North Slope 6.0m, No. 2 South Slope 79.5m, No. 6 Cross Cut
43.6, No. 1 Main Gate in No.2 South Slope 84.4m, and No.1
Tail Gate in No.2 South Slope 3.2m.
•Total of tunnel length until this fiscal year is 2,352.5m
(February, 12)
•In September this year, the development of longwall panels
for trial purposes will be completed, and it is estimated that
actual production will begin in the middle of next year.

【Result of the 2018 Fiscal year】On site training for 933 employees (total number) at AICJ
Coal Mine.
Hold a seminar for government employee, coal mine
employee in around of AICJ Coal Mine, and Introducing
initiatives of the AICJ coal mine. (total participants in First
Batch are 33 people, Second Batch are 30 people).
The number of underground coal mining production this
year is the highest yield to date, which is 43455 tons, and
compared to the previous year, the amount of production
increased by 150%.
From the results of the level of understanding test, an
average score of 94.8 is obtained, which is very influential
on improving the ability of AICJ employees.

In fiscal year 2018, has conducted lectures in 10 places of mining faculties and colleges (total participants were 424 people)
Regarding the content of the training, it is mostly good, and the reason for participating in the training is the desire to improve the
participants' own abilities.
More than half of the graduates of universities that participated in the training are going to coal and mining private companies, and it
is highly likely that the knowledge gained through this training project will be utilized.
