This project will help reduce the environmental impact caused by solid waste. And this project will have a social impact that will raise the quality of life of the inhabitants. The project aims to serve the 5 cantons of the Province of Loja, where solid waste will be classified and processed. These 5 cantons have approximately 68047 inhabitants which form the Commonwealth upper basin of Rio Catamayo; these are Calvas, Gonzanamá, Quilanga, Espíndola and Sozoranga.
