Project for solid waste management for the association of the upper basin of rio catamayo of the districts of: calvas, espindola, gonzanaá quilanga and sozoranga
With the implementation of the project there will be positive impacts of a permanent nature in the following areas: sanitation, housing and development of productive activities for the resident population in the coverage area of this service. This project will help reduce the environmental impact caused by solid waste. And this project will have a social impact that will raise the quality of life of the inhabitants.
The project aims to serve the 5 cantons of the Province of Loja, where solid waste will be classified and processed. These 5 cantons have approximately 68047 inhabitants which form the Commonwealth upper basin of Rio Catamayo; these are Calvas, Gonzanamá, Quilanga, Espíndola and Sozoranga.
