Context sensitive and active Navigation• Different home pages can be

presented to users and as such different content depending on:– Licence type– Permission level– Status of project properties

• This enables radically different experiences to be given to different users if required and for gating of access to materials.

• Clicking the navigation diagrams can now also launch functionality such as reports, risks, issues, dashboards etc. making it easier for users to access the tools needed to deliver their projects in each process

Managing the approval process• You can request a file to be

approved by other users, who then view the file, discuss and vote on it.

• Results of the vote drives the approve/reject decision, all noted along with discussion in the audit thread stored alongside the file approval result.

• Lists for managing these, email notifications.

• Use Software client or Hub on browser or portable devices

Choice of Hub layouts• Hub has new layout options:

– Traditional full hub view– Web parts in Sharepoint or iFrame

integration into your other websites– Concertina design for hand held devices

• Hub now includes new pages:– For Approval listing– Give Approval form– My details for adding contact details

and changing password
