► Management, monitoring and controlling of the Project works in respect to the Project Schedules; in order to achieve in-time completion within Budget and at the required level of quality

► Development of initial Project schedule at early Project stage (Master schedule for all sub-schedules following) that integrates Design, Procurement and Construction of the Project. Once approved by the Client, the initial Project schedule is the basis for monitoring the progress of design, procurement and construction activities. The initial Project schedule is updated on monthly basis, with actual data comparison against the baseline.

► During procurement, the initial Project schedule will be used for defining of interim milestones and the overall construction period. The Initial Project schedule will be used as the tool for the assessment of tender proposals received from bidders. The PMCM consultant will perform control of implementation by monitoring elements of the initial Project schedule and periodic progress reports provided by the Client.

The PMCM consultant performs Project procurement and tenders management , and leads negotiations

The PMCM consultant is responsible for developing of the detailed

procurement strategy for the project and provides recommendations

for Specific procurement routes.

Olga specializes in the area of real estate advisory, real estate objects appraisal, feasibility studies, financial analysis, strategy development for real estate portfolios, hospitality market, funds raising and structuring of financial transactions.

Olga supervised and participated in many real estate business projects, including work for major Russian companies (Sberbank, VTB, Russian Railways), international financial institutions (Eurohypo, Aareal, Morgan Stanley), Russian developers (Horus Capital, Inteco, Mirax, Don Stroy) and international investors (Bridgestone, Siemens, Komatsu, Mitsui, Daimler), and others.

David specializes in leading, coordinating and implementating investment and development, including planning, asset and land management, due diligence, business plans, design management, approvals, technical conditions, construction management, contracts and legal, sales and maintenance.

David holds Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Commerce degrees. He has30 years of experience in the all aspects of architectural and construction industry.He was leading teams and businesses with strategic planning and construction of more than 150 projects and management of over a billion dollars in development budgets.

Peter specializes in Construction Project Management with emphasis on due diligence services , design management, project information system and approval procedures.

Peter is an architect with 20 years of experience, 9 of them in Russia. He was responsible for technical due diligence services of class A business centers in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia, worked as Project manger for production plants in Russia, had Design management responsibilities for international company’s headquarters in Moscow. Peter is a DGNB International consultant.

Ilya specializes in Construction Project Management and Project Monitoring, with emphasis on cost control, budgeting, schedule and quality performance, claim management, and technical due diligence.
