Adrian Lander is an expert in areas such as Agile Product Creation, Transformation into Agile, Organizational Change, International Program and Project Management. He holds various international certifications and brings in 20 years of management experience. He started his international career as a Software Process Improvement Manager at Air France KLM Airlines in the 90s. As Principal Consultant at CSC Consulting, a tier 1 firm, for almost a decade he has been advising large leading multinationals across industries like Agilent Technologies, BHP Billiton, HP, Liberty Global, LyondellBasell, Motorola and Philips on large European and global business critical programmes, often introducing new products and services creating competitive advantage. Since 2007 he has been building his own APAC based consultancy practice in Software Product Creation, coaching Product Managers and Product Owners and Product Delivery Teams in delivering Highest Business early on. He also serves as the faculty of Institute of Product Leadership (IPL), an Executive Education Business School which focuses on transforming senior technology leaders into global Product Leaders.

Y.BHG. DATO’ SRI IR DR JUDIN BIN ABDUL KARIM, Chief Executive Officer, CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT BOARD (CIDB)

DATO’ SRI JUDIN is the Chief Executive of the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) since August 2011. In this position,

Dato Sri Judin is entrusted to lead the development of the Malaysian construction industry towards global competitiveness. To these ends, Dato’ Sri Judin has placed great emphasis on enhancing productivity in the construction industry by promoting mechanization, sustainability, adoption and utilization of technology such as the Industrialized Building System (IBS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) as well as effective implementation of training and development program for personnel and construction companies. Dato’ Sri Judin is also the president of Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), Road Engineering Association of Asia and Australasia (REAAA), Malaysian Structural Steel Association (MSSA), Malaysian Asset and Project Management Association (MAPMA) and Chairman of the World Road Association (PIARC) for Technological Exchanges and Development Commission.

TUAN HAJI BURHANUDDIN is the Managing Director of LES’ COPAQUE. Soon after graduating in 1982, he joined oil and gas industry and retired in 2005. While contemplating the next course of actions following his early retirement, 3 graduates from Mutimedia University came and presented their dream of making an animated 3d feature film. The project of making the first 3d animated feature film “Geng: Pengembaraan Bermula” was launched with initial funding from internal source. The film was successfully released in the local cinema on 12th February 2009 and become a block buster in Malaysia.

“Upin and Ipin” is the most successful Intellectual Property derived from the above project. It is also being shown in 17 territories in Asia through Disney Channel Asia. He is Awarded PMIMY Project Manager of The Year 2014.

AMMAR HANAPI is the General Manager Project Implementation of PETRONAS, he joined Petronas since 1991 after his graduation. He has attached to PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. for 17 years before moved to Malaysia Petroleum Management a division that regulate and promote Malaysia E&P block. He is managing the development of Malaysia domestic projects, and 11 Production Sharing (PS) contractors reporting to him. There are 70 to 80 ongoing projects in different phases under his unit monitoring and surveillance.
