HOW WE MAKE THE SYSTEM
RIDEX REQUIRED TOOLSTorque controlled screw driver
Wire stripper and cutter
Nut Runner
Spanner Set
Combinational pliers
Spanner for Ring Nut
Duster (6 inches x 6 inches)
Loctite (247)
Glass cleaner
STEP 1-Open the Front Panel of the systemFront View of cabinet
STEP 2-Open the back Panel of the system
STEP 3-Place the system motherboard on the system cage
STEP 4-Install the system cards in the system assembly as per the configuration.
STEP 5- Place the back Panel of the system on the flat top table and Fix the thermal pad on the back
STEP 6-Place the FCBC card on top of the thermal pad and put the aluminum cover
STEP 7- Install the 3 pin AC Filter along with Gasket from the inner side of the rear panel of the system cabinet. Install the AC On/Off switch along with waterproof Cap . Install the AC fuse holder on the cabinet and install the AC Power LED on the Panel as well DC also
FOR DC FOR AC
STEP 8- Install the Battery PWR Harness Connect the Earth Wire from Earth terminal to the system Motherboard. Install the AC PWR Harness Connect the FCBC to Motherboard Harness between the FCBC and the Motherboard.
STEP 9-Tighten the back panel of the system by tightened the 10 Nos.
Assembly of Front PanelSTEP 10-Required hardware VFD Glass
Fix the 4x4 Numerical keypad rubbers on the 4 x 4 keypad PCA .

INTRODUCTION:
Uses like one of the input power supply . {Like 12V,24V,48V Dc or 230 V AC voltage }
FCBC have also battery bank when AC supply is present
The voltage proportional to the peak value of Ac input
INPUT : 220V AC/12V,24V,48V DC
OUTPUT : 48 V DC
Power Backup : 12V,24V,48V battery bank
System Efficiency at full load : More than 85%

WORKING
FEATURE Output current is Programmable
Over voltage is possible
Compatible with all major battery types
When Ac offline than automatically Dc will be on
Integrated thermal protection
PSU(Power Supply Unit)PSU board :
Plug-in supply board
redundancy option
operates from 36V-72VDC input.
PSU is powered from 48V DC
PSU card is a DC-DC converter
which converts -48V DC input to +5V, -24V, -48V and +48V as per other cards requirement.
We use two PSU Card on a system ,when the working PSU card fails, the protection card takes over automatically. Input fusing and output over current protection are provided as safety features
