medical/surgical, intensive care and behavioral health)– Freestanding Community Living Center, Outpatient Clinics Diagnostic and

Answer: Yes, the project procurement timeline will be continually updated by the J/V

#2 Will there be help with Bonding?Answer: Yes, the J/V will not assist
with bonding but will help identifying bonding assistance opportunities.

#3 How does subcontractor know if they are pre-qualified and able to bid the project?
Answer: The J/V will notify each firm if they have successfully qualified to bid the project.

Answer: No, the J/V will diligently break up the packages and scopes of work to maximize participation.

questions associated with a J/V’s lack of financial or safety history each company will be evaluated on their independent qualifications.

Answer: The retainage will be released in accordance with the project guidelines determined by the VA.
