Project Plan Who am I? I am going to film a short movie that lasts for approximately 2 minutes, which will involve using new and different skills. Whilst using new and different skills, it will widen my knowledge about how to use a camera on an advanced level. Also, this will help to develop my original skills, skills that I know but would like to use more professionally The big idea in 25 words or less The story that the short movie will be about a student missing her assignment in college/sixth form. After realizing missing her assignment, she was called to the Head teachers office and had a sad expression on her face. After having a long conversation with the head teacher, she quickly goes to a nearby computer room hoping to finish her work within the given deadline. Whilst walking to a nearby computer room, she bumps into a friend and that friend has agreed to help her with the assignment. Having finished the assignment a few hours later, she runs dramatically around the school looking for the teacher to hand the assignment in. Whilst running dramatically around the school, she will experience some obstacles. How will you include shot reverse shot? There will various different angles and shots within the entire short movie. I will follow 2 important rules, which are essential in movie making. 1) 180 degree rule 2) Rule of thirds As I have not started to film, I will decide on the different types of camera shots and angles when filming or editing. Where will you film? As the story is about a student missing their assignment, majority of the scenes will be shot within the school and sixth form

1) 180 degree rule 2) Rule of thirds

As I have not started to film, I will decide on the different types of camera shots and angles when filming or editing. Where will you film? As the story is about a student missing their assignment, majority of the scenes will be shot within the school and sixth form

Who will you cast? I will be casting students in my class and a few other students from the sixth form. The people that I have casted fit the characters that they have been assigned to which is good. What props/costumes etc. will you need? The things I will be needing/using in the film will have been mentioned in the shooting script. But there may be a few bits and pieces I might want to add during the course of filming. When will you film? I will start filming as soon as I have finished all the coursework for the filming. That will include the following:

- Dialogue Script

I have finished with the following coursework: - Storyboard - Shooting script - Filming guide - Progress Plan - Initial Questions on Media Studies

As I have finished most of the coursework, I will be able to film very shortly.
