Scope, Cost, and Time• Scope

• The project is a preliminary design of a Sleep Inn Hotel. The process will include all activities related to pre-bid construction services, which includes team charter and development, definition of work tasks, interactions between work tasks, financing, legal considerations, contract negotiations, the estimation of required resources necessary for the project, etc. The process will include the planning, design, and all document reports and communications necessary to start the bid process.

• Cost• Costs have been scheduled and planned in accordance with standard

construction planning. The total cost budgeted is $7.2 million.• Time

• The total project is planned to be completed within ten months. Schedule will reflect time line and design criteria for preliminary design and cost controls to develop the final plan set for preliminary building construction bid.

Change Management and Change Request Plan

• The Change Management Plan (CMP) documents the necessary information required to effectively manage project change from inception to delivery.

• The CMP is created during the planning phase and it used by the PM, Team, Sponsor, and Leaders.

• CMP Process establishes an orderly and effective procedure for tracking the submission, coordination, review, evaluation, classification, and approval.
