IntroductionThe development and progress of any given society depends largely on how well the basic needs of the people are guaranteed or satisfied. This cannot be possible unless practicable and effective policies are put in place to satisfy these basic needs.One of human basic needs that have continued to attract universal attention is the need of house. Unlike shelter which seems narrower in definition, housing have been described by Abraham (1969) and the NHP (1990), as more than just a shelter, this is because, it cut across all the social services and activities that go to make a community or neighbourhood a liveable environment. Thus, housing does not only satisfy human basic need, but also helps in the development of society in general.However, unlike the provision of other basic human needs such as food and clothing, the provision of housing has become a problem to almost all society. Verghase, (1980) described it as one of the universal experience that the whole world is being confronted with.

Problem Statement The problem statement is to find out those factors which people prefers to housing society.

Objectives The main propose of this proposal research project is to collect specific factors that determine selection of housing scheme. To investigate reasons behind rapidly growing trend of selection of housing society To determine peoples opinion about selection of housing society To obtain the percentage of those certain people who prefer in living to the housing society.

Research questions What are the steps taken so for in ameliorating him housing problems already generated? How much self-satisfaction gained by a common person after choosing the decision of housing scheme? What are the main factors that attract the people housing society? What is the factors influence rapidly growing trend of selecting the housing scheme? What peoples opinion about selecting housing society? How much people prefer in living to the housing society?

HypothesisH1: The own security system is the reason of selecting the housing society.H2: Excess of parks and grounds are also the factor of selecting the housing society.H3: Pollution is also the reason of selecting the housing society.H4: Hygienic environment is also the factor of selecting the housing society.H5: Education & Health facility is also the reason of selecting the housing society.H6: Urbanization is also the reason of selecting the housing society.
