2.1 Introduction of HRMHuman resources management is that part of management which deals with the human capital of the organization. The job analysis is also affected by the civil right granted to the corporate. It being with new recruit and submission of their application from which the final candidate can be selected.The recruitment means the process of searching and obtaining the application for the job. Interpretation: In the survey we find that out of 100 employees only 10 employees have given 5 rank to the canteen facility and 42 employees have given 1 rank. While while 63employees out of 100 employees have given 5 rank to the staff bus , 23 employees out of 100 employees have given 5 rank to the electricity and 53 employees out of 100 employees have given 5 rank to the Drinking water.5 FINDINGS

34% employees are fresher. Marketing department staff are very limited. Many employees are dissatisfied with their work. Supervisor is not more knowledgeable about employees work. Many employees are feeling workload pressure. Employees are not satisfied with their benefit package. Most of employees are not satisfied with their retirement plan. 58% employees feeling that they have opportunity of Growth.

6. RECOMMENDATION Company should provide training to their new employees. Company should increase the marketing department staff for their best market position. Company should motivate their employees for their work . Supervisor should stay more knowledgeable about employees work. Company should consider the employees workload according to their strength. Company should provide retirement baneful scheme. Company should work according to the expectation of employees.

7. LIMITATION

Our project duration in 28 days. Survey has sample size may not have been true representation of the entire population and may not suggest a generalized view of the pvc Flex Banner manufacturing industry. There may not perfect information which is provided by the Customer of their lack of time. In hurry the information may different from their perceptions. Further the sample size may not have been true representation of the entire population and may not suggest a generalized view of the Pvc Flex Banner manufacturing Industry.
