Definition and Background• Project STEADI (Simulation Technology Education to Assist the

Defense Industry)

• Funded by ICAPP (Intellectual Capital Preservation Program)

• Project STEADI the result of Defense Industry contractor concerns

• In the summer of 2007, prepared a request for funds to initiate Project STEADI

• The project was approved and began on March 1, 2008; it ends on September 30, 2008

Cunningham Center for Leadership Development

• Seek Joint, Collaborative Effort with in conducting original research at Fort Benning—a ready made “Petri Dish” of leadership data in multiple areas:

• Build and Market Leadership Simulations, Models, and Games in support of CCLD to meet MCSD, Regional Healthcare and Fort Benning Leadership Requirements

• Build a leadership data base second to none

• Begin publishing original research11
