OBJECTIVES n Development of a flexible integrated service platform providing a consistent end-to-end architecture for

hosting domain specific services for the management of data. n Development and prototypical implementation of a distributed data acquisition infrastructure, capable of

integrating smart objects, enterprise data stores and sensor data. n Definition of interfaces for the delivery of data, methods for service orchestration and solutions for the

protection of sensitive data from sensor data to business analytics. n Validation of the service platform by means of three prototypes originating from different industrial domains

like e.g. manufacturing, thus showing the economical and societal potential of the solution.
