Dino Farina founded Proveris in 1995 to help its customers deliver quality orally inhaled and nasal drug products (OINDPs) to patients that need them. He chose the company name to explain our philosophy, Proveris = Prova + Veritas (“testing the truth”). He completed two graduate degree programs at Stanford University in mechanical

engineering. He was awarded the prestigious NASA Student Fellowship grant to study advanced fluid dynamics at the NASA-Ames Research Center in Mountain View, California and was a co-author on two groundbreaking journal articles related to his work with temperature and shear-stress sensitive liquid crystal coatings.

Al is responsible for overseeing the management of Field Service Engineering and growing the Proveris Laboratory Services business with service offerings, consulting services, and training, as well as expanding instrument and application support products and services. Al has more than 40 years of experience building strategic business alliances, establishing manufacturing, laboratory, and contract service operations gained from his time with industry leaders such as: Horizon Technologies, SeqLL, Harvard Biosciences, Cambridge Biomedical, VelQuest, Unisyn Technologies, Zymark, Genex, Millipore, and Waters. John is responsible for leading Quality Assurance at Proveris. Trained as a lead auditor, he oversees the Quality Management System for the facility certified to ISO 9001:2015. John joined Proveris in March 2018 with a focus on ensuring process control, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. He has more than 30 years of experience

in manufacturing complex automation electronics in tightly-controlled Lean and Six Sigma facilities, utilizing invaluable tools, such as FMEA, environmental and reliability testing, safety assessment, and risk analysis for both NPD and CAPA. He has a broad knowledge and respect for the critical need for regulatory standards and requirements obtained in multiple market segments (military, public safety, hazardous location, and pharmaceutical). He has managed previously at Raytheon Company, TycoElectronics, and Eaton Corporation.

Ian is responsible for taking our product line forward, managing the successful launch of new and innovative solutions for our customers. He joined Proveris in April 2019 with a focus on growing our actuator product line, exploring new applications and customers that can benefit from our proven technology. Ian has both product management and business development

experience gained as a field sales engineer at A-M Systems selling and training customers on neuroscience instrumentation. He has also sold an extensive line of laboratory automation equipment for applications in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Recently he was the global product manager for Hamilton Storage, launching a new laboratory automation product line.

Steve is responsible for servicing a global customer base performing system installations and value-added services: IQ/OQ of instrumentation, creating and troubleshooting databases for instrument data analysis and agency reporting, and providing onsite training of instrument use and method creations for device testing and analysis. Steve has

more than 30 years experience in laboratory instrument support, including 6 years at Kratos Analytical followed by 18 years at Pfizer, where he managed a team responsible for thousands of instruments. Since 2012, he served as Director of Acumen Laboratory Solutions.

Jeanne is responsible for pre-sales and after-sales customer service, sales and service support to a global customer base. Working cross functionally with finance, operations, and with industry partners and distributors she ensures smooth handling of instrument and service orders as well as contract maintenance and renewals. Jeanne joined Proveris in 2017

having served for 17 plus years in sales, customer service, and order administration supervisory roles in industries ranging from infor-mation technology, thermal packaging to neurological monitoring solutions and medical devices.

Deborah is responsible for expanding the company’s European, Middle East, India and Africa customer base. She joined Proveris in 2016 as European Sales Director with a focus on the European market and quickly expanded her responsibilities and territory. business development roles with life science technology providers, including ADInstruments focusing on data acquisition and analysis in physiological monitoring applications, and Equivital in the wearable connected devices market.

Linda is responsible for application research, pre-sales, and after-sales technical support and training to a global customer base. She joined Proveris in 2016 having served academia and the bio- pharmaceutical industry in roles ranging from scientist, technical specialist, and research assistant where she gained in-depth experience and understanding

of particle characterization, involving laser diffraction, dynamic/ static/electrophoretic light scattering, static and dynamic image analysis, and Raman spectroscopy. Linda is the author of technical presentations, conference presentations and papers offering expertise and insight on drug characterization, development and production workflow for OINDP (orally inhaled and nasal drug product), particle and powder technology.
