Project to manufacture LPG tube for air compressor / LPG Tube/

Water pipe (Low volume Hose), Diesel pipe etc. Project for only

G.I. wire. Braided Rubber Tube. Raw material for project i.e.

Rubber Tube different inner/outer diameter is available early in

Rubber Tube mfg. Co. & G.I. wire or if required polyester coated

yarn is also available very easily.

MARKET ;For sale of finish product G.I. wire braided rubber tube there isopen market in Delhi (Ajmeri Gate at least 20 big traders),

Mumbai(Nagdevi Street), Chennai, Kanpur, lucknow, banglore,

Rajkot and everywhere. Generator, gas tube trader are using bulk

quantity of G.I. Braided tube. If we start crimping and end fitting

of Rubber Braided cut pieces we can sale directly to manufacturer

of machine i.e. generator or other machine using diesel/ gas

pipeline

TECHNICAL KNOW HOW FOR PLANT AND

MACHINERYMachinery for braiding G.I. wire on rubber tube is easily available

on order to special purpose machine manufacturer in India or can

be imported if required. Operator to operate braiding machine can

be trained within one day so no labour or technical problem is

there to run the plant smoothly.

LAND AND BUILDINGCovered area for 15 Braiding Machine and 3 bobbin winding

machine is required 300 sq meters and power 35 KW 3 phase

electrical power .
