of CC road surface is carried out and found to be acceptable.

crossing work is carried out before the engageemnet of Tpi. Based on observation it is found to be

completed.

As the TPI was asked to conduct the inspection after completion of the work by TKC, therefore the above observations are specifically for the

overall works executed on sample basis and not for individual items which were not visible. The TKC may be directed from your end to take

corrective measure at the earliest.

Rectification of above mentioned defects and submission of pending documents and reports may be ensured before release of payment to

Contractor.

Also, adherence of Payment terms and conditions as per contract agreement done between UPJN and TKC may be referred before

releasing the payment.
