Projection & Production Planning Engine (Slitting & Shearing process planning)

System overviewThis application is supporting slitting and shearing process. Application is

generating projection (forecast) and production planning. System will try to combine order in a such a way so that loss can be

minimized and for that it will consider existing material , plant capacity , delivery date and try to combine width and length.

System will generate production plan with cutting chart and cutting report. This report and chart will help for production.

System is portable module so it can be connected with any system for planning. Application is developed using open source technologies. It will work offline and for that it will require some input like inventory , Order , plan capacity and planning parameter(like trimming , end cut , number of cut). Using this system it can create production and projection plan and also release production report with cutting plan.
