Completed in 2002, this recently constructed yet timeless project blends into the historic LoDo District near the Chop House, Union Station and Coors Field.
Eighteen lofts adorn the top three floors of this eight-story building.
The residents are provided security-controlled access to heated underground parking.
Five floors of public parking serve employees during the day and Rockies fans and restaurant-goers in the evening.
At street level, the Keg Steakhouse commands the corner at 19th and Wynkoop.
