The two end drilling groups can be turned in an angle from 0 to 90°The tool speed is 3000 rpm.

The components can be drilled from both ends, the back, fromtop and from undernearth, inall from 5 sides.

The Components are transported to the zero point by the two orangeconveyor belts, its positioned and held by clamps from top and 45°from the back, to ensure a stablehold.

The drilling boxes are designed forhigh speed drilling, 4000 RPM.The tool inserts can be chosen Between direct or snap assembly.Special drill boxes can be manufactured to specific customerrequirements.

Assembly of drill boxes takes place with a snap function and is simply locked with screw. The drill box can be freely turned between 0 and 90°.In the outer positions there are stops.

The drill groups unique design gives a high degree of adjusment flexibility.The centre distance between groups is 95 mm.Pneumatic over hydraulic drill feed. Drill speed, 4000 RPM.

The machine closed design with built in dust extraction gives the perfect place to work.Notice the sturdy construction of the machine body.

The machine can be delivered with sideways displacement of the drilling group. The drilling group displace up to 125 mm, this function combined with programming of the drilling, do difficult drilling in one passage, possible.

Advanced control system interface is helping the opetrator during set up.It is possible to key in all relevant data from the drawing.The information provides a good basis for fast, precise set up. Programmes can be keyed in, edited, copied and saved.Settings are checked during operation.There can be chosen: In what order do you want to drill. Cross drilling, step drilling and bottom hole cleaning.Time counter and piece counter.How many components you want to drill before stopping. Common parameters can be chosen to increase the speed of programming.Selective languages etc.

The control system is integrated in the back of the machine, well protected against dust.There is room for future expansionsto be added.

The components are separated and transportet to the zero point with two conveyor belts, they are clamped from all sides before they are drilled. The component return to the operator underneath the inlet table. The resetting of the feeding system is quick and easy. Automatic in- and out feed system is optional.
