We’ve put together several money saving packages to assist you inbudgeting for your event, all of them include a delicious twocourse buffet and two members of door staff; should you requiresomething a little different just let us know and we will provideyou with a quotation. e packages are based on use of either red dot bar or the players lounge. Both will accommodatebetween 80 to 150 guests. Should you require a larger space likethe Ballroom prices are available on request.

Contracts & DepositsContracts for proms must be agreed and signed for by ateacher at the school or college and a teacher presence isrequired at the event, 1 per 30 students. A deposit of £250is required to secure a booking the balance is due 4 weeksprior.

SafetyTwo SIA door staff are included within your package price,a teacher presence is also required. e venue will checkbags on arrival and where 18s and over are in attendancewrist bands will be provided and ID will be checked onarrival, otherwise a no alcohol policy exists.

TimingsYour event space is available from 7.30pm to midnight forunder 18s, and until 1am for over 18s.
