1. ALL EXISTING CONSTRUCTION TO REMAIN IS TO BE PROTECTED DURING THE CONSTRUCTIONPROCESS. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE ARCHITECT WITH PUNCH LIST OF ALL EXISTING DAMAGEAND NON FUNCTIONING EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION.
2. ALL DEMOLISHED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT SHOWN TO BE REUSED ARE TO BE OFFERED TO THEBUILDING OWNER PRIOR TO REMOVAL FROM THE SITE. IF BUILDING OWNER DOES NOT WANTANY OF THE DEMOLISHED ITEMS, CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPOSAL OF THE ITEMS.
3. GC TO DEMOLISH ALL CEILING GRID AND TILE THROUGHOUT SCOPE AREA. REMOVE ALLCEILING ANCHORS AND HANGERS.
