Àrea 5G
The Area5G initiative aims to create territorial strategies and ecosystems around 5G in different areas of the
Catalan territory.
Within each 5G Area, different activities will be developed to satisfy the needs of the different sectors and stakeholders
with the ultimate objective of promoting 5G as an enabling technology.
A 5G Area should not be understood as conventional projects, with a definite end date, but rather as strategies to
create an ecosystem that remains in the territory on the long term.
