ORDERING PROCEDURES

1 - The Home Depot logo (HD) is embroidered, imprinted, engraved or embossed on all the items of

this catalogue. You must add a $50 setup charge on each imprinted, engraved and

embossed order. Additional fees apply for other logos (Tool Rentals, PRO, Installation Services, etc.).

2 - Order processing for associates:

Orders placed on the first day of the month will be delivered around 20th of the month.

Each associate must fill in the order form and credit card authorization form and fax them

to 450-449-4668.

3 - Order processing for stores :

Send the order form by fax to 450-449-4668 or by email to [email protected]

You will receive an order acknowledgement. In order to receive your goods in a reasonable amount

of time (10 to 15 business days) you must provide a P.O. number, otherwise we will not be able to

process your order (this procedure is mandatory).

To obtain a P.O. number

In Ariba, select "Create new purchase request"

Write on the title "Promotional item + your invoice number".

Create a "Non-catalog item"

On the next page, you must fill in all the yellow spaces as follows :
