In choosing a good meat, we must first look at the Redness of the meat, thus the vibrance of the Red Color. Another factor in choosing a good meat is its good marbling. Marbling is a sign of the animal’s good eating. Another one is checking the color of the Fat Cap. You can also use your nose to smell the freshness of the meat. Lastly, you can also check for a local knowledgeable butcher for your assurance of good meat. Good meat is very much important since it can be home to numerous parasites if not prepared properly.

When choosing a chicken meat, you must first look at the texture of the chicken. You can tell by it’s texture if it’s rough, then it isn’t good chicken meat and if it’s smooth, then you can tell that it is a good chicken meat. You can also check the skin of the meat. Lastly, you can also smell the flesh of the meat. The smell of the chicken meat for some is very important because many butchers use fertilizers to make the chicken meat look good, but in reality it is not.

Choosing a good fish is not an easy stuff to do since good fish can be found occasionally already. When you want to choose a good fish, you must press it’s flesh(Skin). If the pressed part of the fish doesn’t return back to it’s original structure, then you can tell that it’s not a good fish. If the pressed part returns back to it’s original structure, then you can tell that it’s a good and fresh fish. You can also tell by the scales of the fish. Lastly, you MUST look at the flesh of the fish after it is cut. In that way, you can ask your local butcher to change the one you chose and replace a better one.

Choosing fresh vegetables for some isn’t an easy job, because they complain that many of the fresh produce can be found under the many piles of vegetables. In choosing a good vegetable like Tomato, you must look at its color (Vibrance of the Red color). If you want to choose green leafy vegetables, you must look at the vegetable itself since you can tell if it’s a good green leafy vegetable. If you want to choose spices like Onion and Garlic, you must hold it and press. You can tell if it’s fresh or not if it’s soft and easy to press.
