help from the public.Please call 242-COPS when you observe any of the following.

1. Subjects stripping plastic sleeves off of copper wire to prepare for recycling.2. Subjects burning plastic sleeves off of recyclable metals.

3. Subjects are seen removing storm drain grates or man hole covers.
