1.PROPOSED PROJECT DESIGN: Explanation of your research question, why it is important/ interesting and what methods you will employ in conducting the research. You should also make reference to who will find the your investigation, findings and recommendations of interest

In the subsequent six years, Dubai will be organizing the first ever expo of Middle East, i.e. Expo 2020. However, on its backend, the companies rush up to recruit skilled workers for the projects involved. In fact, it has been predicted that Expo 2020 is expected to create more than 200000 jobs, in the next couple of years. The research, however, further tell that the creation of new jobs will need short and medium term project based assignments, and will ultimately created a requirement of outsourced solutions, i.e. of outsourced companies. Considering this fact, the outsourcing solution will become a trend for the next six years, and will provide more viable option for several projects. Additionally, the industries such as the construction, hospitality, tourism, and infrastructure will subsequently look cost effective and efficient human resource outsourcing solutions (Mathews, 2014). Which means, from a holistic point of view, the implication of this event have wider implications on the economy of Dubai, considering the flow of income, employment, service sector improvement and many other economic and social developments.

The research method that will be used in this project would be survey, where industry professionals, i.e. outsourcing solution providers, will be included in terms of their role in managing the overall human resources needs for Expo 2020. In fact, the results of the study will definitely benefit the outsourcing firms in terms of managing their project based operations in an efficient and effective manner. Additionally, the research will also provide bight opportunity for the central management of Expo 2020, in terms of the increasing demand of temporary workers and their management in a better way (Kapur, 2014). Moreover, the government of Dubai can also get benefit from this study, since it will help to correlate the impact of outsourcing and overall economic dynamics.

2. BODY OF KNOWLEDGE: Sources of expertise/useful information you will consult to explore and validate your research question and design your approach to data collection e.g. Thought Leading academic work, industry or practitioner reports

The sources of information that will be used for this project will be primary as well as secondary. Primary source will include the survey of industry professionals through structured questionnaire. However, for the secondary analysis, the industry reports, published journal articles and other secondary outsourcing related material will be used such as the practitioners reports.

3 DATA ANALYSIS: Overview of your proposed research methodology how you will gather and analyse your data sources and how you intend to analyse your findings e.g. qualitatively /quantitatively /ethnographically etc

The analysis of the data will be done through qualitative as well as quantitative (simple statistical tools) method, in the light of existing literature on the subject. In this regard, my quantitative skills, which I have learned during the program, will be used to transform the raw data into useful information, in the form of the role of outsourcing firms in managing the temporary human resource needs as well as the the overall impact of the event on the economy of Dubai. Since the nature of research is more of exploratory, the role of qualitative method will be prominent in it because it will help to dig out facts (Creswell, 2013). However, regarding the responses of industry professionals, simple statistical tools will be utilized in order to know about the overall response rate and its trend.
