Background:  Attitude is the way a someone views something or has a tendency to act towards it, mostly in an evaluative way. Attitude defined by cognitive phycology as the predisposition to respond in a generally favorable and unfavorable manner with respect to the object of the attitude (Ajzen 1987 ) Self-employmen t, is the process of work for one’s own self instead of being employed by anyone or having salary or wage, this all involve risk of money , time and having all factor of production (land, labor, capital, entrepreneur) together , for earning profit. After the longtime, of comparative neglect , self-employme nt has again emerged as an significant yield to stable and strength the economic condition of country , the intractable unemployment rates o f late 1970’s and early 1980 , coupled unit of series of studies showing a higher job producing performance of small organizational (Birch 1987 , Storey 1987) but the self-employment does not only assist to eradication of employment it has been arranged that entrepreneurship and self-employment engendered by small business , essential to economic growth (Schumpeter 1934). Three constraints to self-employment have been prepared visible; lack of interest to change, lack of social support, incapacity to become self-employed. The problem:  The aim of this research if to evaluate and investigate the students’ attitude towards entrepreneurship among female students of SZABIST campus, larkana.  Main research question: What factors are require in attitude to be self- employed.  What difficulties and hindrances involved becoming self-employed.  What demographics and family background needed in self-employment . There are many researches already been made on examining the attitude of students and their tend towards self-employment. Like, Students’ Attitudes and Intentions toward Entrepreneurship at Tallinn University of Technology by Urve Venesaar , Attitudes role in self-employment; Analysis of student’s attitudes towards self -employment using the Theory of Planned Behavior  by Phillip Tretten 2005 ,. Learning Entrepreneurship Competencies: The Self-Directed Learning Approach by Bird, B. 2002. International Journal of Entrepreneurship Education , 1, 203-227. The objectives of study:   To investigate the effect of entrepreneurial education on student’s attitude.   To examines the attitude of female students to self- employment.  Institute’s role in promoting entrepreneurship.   Evaluate demographic characteristics.

Justification:

The beneficiaries of this study could mainly be SZABIST I nstitute’s management, Ministry of populationwelfare, Ministry of women development, Ministry of industries and commerce, Firms andOrganization, R&D firms, Businessmen, Future researcher.

Scope of study:

The scope of examining attitude of students towards entrepreneurship is immense, and thus could notbe achieved entirely. Research only considers female students (postgraduate graduate) as end-users.The research will be conducted within a specified time-period of four month or a semester. The cost ofstudy is not more than five thousand rupees; all the relevant resources like data of female students,access to SPSS, Statistical tool are used.

Limitation:

There can be error in selecting sample or sampling method accuracy, variables could be more effective.

The time is limited due to nature of research; it is course project. The cost incurred is limited to fivethousand rupees only. Research’s validity could be varied on board context due to reason of particularlyfocusing on female students of SZABIST larkana. The External factors of environment like weather,earthquake or rains could affect the flow of information or status of work.

Assumptions:

The research is to be conducting, assuming

1. The attitude of female students remains unaffected of external environment. Like trends, family

decision or their own will.2. All the traits are of females are same and remain unchanged.3. All the level of audience and beneficiaries of study are equal intellectually.

Research Methodology:This study is going to be conducted among female students of bachelor and master program of SZABISTlarkana by knowing the intention and attitude towards entrepreneurship through survey questionnaire,developed on basis of variables and would be according to likert scale. This study is descriptive andquantitative in nature.

H3: The correlation between entrepreneurship education and the willingness to start the business isstronger for:i) Gender.ii) Programs of study.iii) Work experience.iv) Parents occupation.

Statistical tools:

The researcher will use ANOVA to analyze the variance, other than that SPSS, M.S Office and M.S Excellwould be used to determine the quantitative figures and evaluate them statistically.

Research Schedule:

his explains the specific type of research instrument used such as questionnaire, checklist,questionnaire-checklists, structured interview, teacher –made test, standardized instrument which areadopted or borrowed with permission from the author or from other sources.

The parts of the instruments should be explained and what bits of information are derived.

The establishment of validity and reliability should be explained and only experts should be chosen tovalidate such instrument. Specific and appropriate statistical test used should be given and thecomputed values derived. Interpretation should be included in the discussions.

Statistical Treatment of Data

Explain how each statistical test is used in the treatment of data.

If the research instrument included options which are scaled, explain how each scale is given the weight,its interval and class limits.
