Site specifications:

• The center should be located at a place where the students find convenience to reach. They

prefer a place that is near college or working place or residence or near the station or a

central commercial place.

• Ground floor with road frontage is ideal. The other trades and business around the center

should be decent and safe for the girl students.

• The premises if leased should be taken on a long term lease of 5 yrs or more.

• The premises should have proper electricity supply.

– Computer training Lab (2, each to have 10-15 PCs i.e. accommodating 10-15 students

efficient learning with more emphasis on practical session.

The setup and requirements for Blink Consulting Knowledge Partners Labs are listed in this

document. These labs need to be well equipped with all the necessary components.

Moreover it has to be replica of the Blink Consulting’s own class-room. Every Blink

Consulting Knowledge Partners should have minimum 2 lab-cum-classrooms…each having

minimum 10 computer system with specific configuration which is mentioned further.

All the Student and Faculty system should be connected to common switches, Internet via

firewall, Routers, UPS, Server, Backup Server

Knowledge Partner – Lay out of Class Room:

• We have considered that every KP will have to make at least 6 Batches with minimum 10 candidates annually, which is very feasible.

• Usable/Carpet area should be of 1000 - 2500sq. ft. (Increase in area will increase in interior cost.)

• Overall Employee strength of KP should be minimum 6 (as mentioned in previous slide)

• Advertising cost – if any.

• KPs are expected to reach every existing or potential colleges (technical-BE,MCA,BCA etc) or companies in the entire district and other near by areas.

• Lots of other promotional activities will continuously be taken care by Blink Consulting to increase profitability have not been added here.

• Royalty Scheme:

• For first 40 enrollments – 40% royalty [Rs. 60K out of 1.5Lacs & 24K out of 60K]

• For next 10 enrollments – 30% royalty [Rs. 45K out of 1.5Lacs & 18K out of 60K]

• For next 10 enrollments - 20% royalty [Rs. 30K out of 1.5Lacs & 12K out of 60K]

• For enrollments above 60 – 0% royalty

Over 60 enrollments, Blink will not take any royalty on any candidate as well as Blink will Over 60 enrollments, Blink will not take any royalty on any candidate as well as Blink will just give 4 Interview Calls to 61+ candidates instead of giving 100% job guarantee.

• Will share 50% of investment in case our Partner needs to go for advertisement. (Pamphlets, Brochure News paper ads..e.g. if pamphlets total costing is Rs.10,000 then Blink will bare 50% i.e. Rs.5000 only…this investment has to be mutually agreed)

• We may or may not put our Partners name in our website with their address & contact details..this would be whole discretion of BKPL

• BKPL will take care of 100% guaranteed placement to only those candidates whom we will give the final approval to KP to take enrollment…that would be finalised may be telephonic/ video conferencing/personal visit.

• A BKPL-KP must not run any other courses under the same premises till they are associated with Blink.

Knowledge Partner – Terms & Conditions:

• Placement charges of Rs.30,000 will be purely be the concern of Blink Consulting Pvt Ltd without sharing.

• Any new planning or decision from KP regarding business has to be mutually agreed upon.
