EDU-310A Series Automatic Control Training System (6 station) is composed by six independent but closely connected stations including material feeding and detection station, transport station, processing station, the installation station, installation and transprotation station, and sorting station. It has good flexibility and the communications of each station adopt network communication, i.e., the main station uses communication module to communicate with each other. The system encompasses a varity of control technologies such as motor drives, pneumatic, programable controller, sensors and other control technologies involved in mechanical and electrical integration professional learning. It provides students with a typical comprehensive training environment, in which knowledge learned in a lot of single division of expertise can be fully understood, comprehensively trained and mutually promoted Technical parameter :

Power Supply: 240 VAC Size: 1850mm x 1440mm x 1500mm The size of computer table: 600mm x 530mm x 1000mm PLC: Omron CPM 2A or better Power: < 2.0 KVA (max)

The security measures: Training desktop with high insulation, high strength, and high temperature high density board. With ground fault protection, leakage protection, security, complies with the relevant International Standard. Secure high insulation with insulating sheath socket and secure high-strength wire experiment

This device modular combination of production line, 6 stations can be a variety of different types of sensor technology, pneumatic technology, stepping motor and drive and PLC hardware software technology, PLC network communication technology etc. training, the training device have training and demo function, all interface open according to own training requirements to connection.

1. System control mode should adopt network control. The feeding station designated is main station, the other workstations as sub-station. System main order work signal offer by button/light which connected to feed station, caution light in feed unit should be able to display the whole system's main work state, including power on reset, start and stop, alarm, etc.

2. This system use more than 40 sensors, optical fiber type, and inductive type, photoelectric and magnetic sensor. And use a lot of pneumatic components, including a variety of electronic control pneumatic valve, cylinders, pneumatic gripper, vacuum cup, vacuum generator, filtration pressure reducing valve, etc. students can learn one pneumatic component or components work together.

3. Six workstations have 6 PLC controllers, which makes this equipment can be divided into 6 completely independent units, over 20 students can study at the same time, and each one has chance to participant. Students not only can learn PLC hardware and software technology, and can learn the communication technology between the PLCs.

4. The whole system, every unit has stand alone and on line two modes

5. Each unit is equipped with learning board, through the toggle switch for conversion. Students can through the switch let host and setting independent out; can be used to other training.

6. Task description

(1) When System power on, first executive reset operation, each unit back to initial position. At this time, green caution light flicker to 1 HZ frequency. After each unit back to the initial position, reset completed, green caution lighted, it means allow starting the system. Press the start button, the system startup, green and yellow warning lighted. The feeding station rotated, push out the material for the processing, and lift material platform system, send out feeding complete signal. If feed station of feeding in the set period of time did not detect the material means material shortage, it issued a warning to the system or an early warning signal. After the workpiece was taken out by handling station manipulator, if the system startups signal for still ON, and then come on the next rotating operation. (2) Handling station received handling signal, manipulator grab the workpiece in order action and handling to processing unit. Finished then back to the initial position waiting for the next cycle. (3) Processing station received the workpieces from transport station, in order rotate to processing unit

for milling flute and stamping. Then comes the classification test and send test results to the system. Note: when the processing finished workpiece has not been taken out by handling unit, handling unit emptying action must be locked by system. (4) The transport and installation unit receive the signal of finishing system process, the manipulator will grab material and transport the workpiece to assembly table through stepper motor to drive screw, then the system will give transport arrival signal . After waiting for the finishing signal, grab the assembled workpiece from assembly table to the conveyor belt, then give the transport finishing signal to the system. (5) When assembly unit receives system signal, it will select the bunker according to system feedback signal, and push relevant assemble material, after industrial sucker sucks the workpiece , the assembled material will be loaded into the fulfilled workpiece through mechanic drive of mechanic arm , then return to initial position then give the finishing signal to system .

(6) When the diffuse photoelectric sensor near sorting unit material platform, detected the workpiece come to material platform, the signal input to the PLC host, PLC host combining each unit general feedback signal to distinguish, and then control the corresponding electromagnetic valve to promote cylinder, the workpiece push to corresponding chute. (7) If comes material not enough early warning signal, red warning light with 1 hz frequency scintillation, green and yellow lights keep turn on. If comes material no enough alarm signal, red warning light with 1 hz frequency scintillation, yellow light turn off, green light keeps turn on.
