9.PLACEMENT STATISTICS 2008-09In the academic year 2008-2009, 77 organizations visited/ conducted interviews for recruitment of final year student and selected 337 student out of total 340 eligible students. In addition to that 14 students of MTECH/MMS were also selected. Maximum, Minimum and Average Packages offered by companies were Rs. 11.7 Lacs P.A. (DE SHAW), RS. 3 Lacs P.A. (CAPGEMINI) & Rs. 4.54S Lacs P.A. respectively. Details of companies that visited the campus for recruitment during the session along with the number of the students selected by each of them are given below. Branch wise (%age) placement of students in various organization is also indicated below in tabular form.
