YOUR LEADERSHIP GROWS ALONGSIDE YOUR INCOME AND IMPACT
Once you arrive at the Senior-most roles
of Regional VP, Executive Regional VP and
Presidential Executive, you will be rewarded for
not only promoting more Regional Directors,
but for developing other executive leaders.
GLOSSARY
Active: Be Active by achieving at least $200 PSV or, optionally, by creating $125 PSV in autoship volume in the calendar month.
Qualified Leg: A leg with at least one Active Associate somewhere in the depth of the leg.
Total Group Sales Volume (TGSV): The total PSV created by you and all your downline Brand Partner Teams in the Sponsor genealogy calculated to infinite depth. TGSV is used to determine qualification for earning new rank promotions and rank maintenance. It is subject to the 60% or 40% rule.
40% Rule: No more than 40% of your required TGSV can be counted from any one Leg for the purpose of meeting your rank TGSV requirement.
60% Rule: No more than 60% of your required TGSV can be counted from any one Leg for the purpose of meeting your rank TGSV requirement.
Bonus Value (BV): The value on which downline bonuses are calculated. Usually based on 80% of SRP but could be different on certain low margin products.
Rank Advancement Bonus: You must earn the new Rank within the specified number of months after earning the previous Rank to receive.
Group Bonus Value (GBV): Your PBV (Personal Bonus Volume) plus the combined PBV of all the Brand Partners in your Personal Group.
Preferred Customer (PC): A customer who commits to a monthly product autoship in order to receive the benefit of a discount and Loyalty Rewards.
Suggested Retail Price (SRP): The value suggested by the Company for each of its products, when sold to a retail customer.
Personal Sales Volume (PSV): The sum of the SRP for all products purchased by you, your directly enrolled Bella Club VIP's, and your retail customers in one month.
Enroller: An existing Brand Partner of any rank who first explains the business opportunity to a potential new Associate and helps them enroll.
Placement Sponsor: An existing Brand Partner of any rank who is immediately upline from a new or existing Associate and is generally responsible for their day-to-day coaching, encouragement and assistance.
Paid As: You will retain your highest earned rank title indefinitely. However, if you do not meet the specified maintenance requirements for that rank in a pay period, you will be “Paid As” the rank for which you did qualify.
Personal Group: As a Regional VP (RVP), all Brand Partners in your downline, to unlimited depth in every leg, until another RVP or higher rank is found in that leg.
Generation: When someone in your downline achieves the rank of RVP, that new RVP leaves your Personal Group and starts your Generation 1. Every Associate in the downline of the RVP (or higher rank) is part of your Generation 1 to unlimited depth until reaching another RVP or higher rank in that Leg which will start your second Generation.
Generation Compression: Compression applied to a generational volume using the “Paid As” RVP (or higher) rank to determine the boundary of each generation (in the same way Active status determines the boundary of each level in standard compression).
