Objectives:

1) Test Rt standards for SRM methods inter-platform interchangeability

2) Multilaboratory test targeted quantification of Chr16 proteins

Experiment Design:

- Sample: total lysate extract of a model cell line in SpHPP-Chr16 ?

- SRM SpHPP validated methods

- Rt stds- Internal / External - Different gradient lenghts 30-60-90 min

- Labeled peptide standards for selected proteins -> absolute quantitation
