PCHS Freshmen were welcomed into the Providence Catholic family during the school’s annual Freshman Welcome in late-August. The goal of this retreat was not only to welcome new students, but to introduce them to the mission of Providence Catholic. The theme of the day was IALAC (I am Lovable and Capable). Through small group activities, discussions and liturgy, students were reminded that they are children of God. At the end of the day, the incoming freshmen enjoyed lunch in the school’s cafeteria. At right, freshmen get to know one another at the Freshman Picnic in mid-June.
