KellyProvider Relations Advocate I

With more than 20 years in the dental community, Kelly Haraldson began working as a Provider Relations Advocate for Delta Dental in 2013. Her wealth of experience began in different companies, where she credentialed and maintained dentist networks before moving on as a scheduling manager, office manager, and practice manager. She’s even held positions in IT and software support within the dental industry. Kelly’s attitude and skill set complement the variety and fast-paced nature of her current work environment, and she is grateful for the opportunity to serve and work with so many great provider offices in the Delta Dental network.

Kelly is originally from the Fargo-Moorhead area and is a graduate of Minnesota State University-Moorhead, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health with a Health Education emphasis. When Kelly is not working, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their college age-children; Rileyand Hadleigh.

MandyProvider Relations Advocate II

Mandy Bramwell is a Provider Relations Advocate II for Nebraska and North Dakota providers. While she started with Delta Dental in December 2013, she has 12 years of experience in the industry, including in a large group practice dental clinic, general dentistry, and specialty front office administration. With a background in diverse areas of the dental industry, Mandy has a special set of skills and understanding that makes her even better at helping answer your questions and solving any problems you might have.

Mandy is a mother to two boys, ages 9 and 6. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time on or near the water (especially in Florida). Snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef and running a 10K are two items on her bucket list.

JuliaSr. Provider Relations Advocate

Julia Osthimer has worked for Delta Dental of Minnesota since 1996. Her previous roles include Customer Service Representative, Trainer, and Operations Specialist. She is currently a Senior Provider Relations Advocate and works primarily with our group practices.

Julia lives in the south metro, is married and has a daughter. Music and traveling are her passions and she has enjoyed volunteering at the MDA MN Mission of Mercy for the last five years.

StefanieProvider Relations Advocate l

Stefanie Eggen began her dentistry career as a Dental Assistant in Minneapolis. Her extensive experience includes positions as an RDA/LDA and an accounts receivable specialist. She also worked for the University of Minnesota, supervising intake staff at student dental clinics. In her current role as Provider Relations Advocate at Delta Dental of Minnesota, Stefanie uses her clinical and administrative knowledge to develop relationships with providers. With a clear understanding of procedures, terminology and billing, Stefanie provides the best possible support to Delta Dental’s providers.

MelanieProvider Relations Advocate l

As a Provider Relations Advocate, Melanie Knutson oversees the Twin Cities metro area and the western states of Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Hawaii. Melanie has been affiliated with Delta Dental for more than 10 years and previously held positions in Account Management, Provider File, Appeals and CIM (Customer Installation and Management). Melanie served in various health care roles for many years prior to joining Delta Dental of Minnesota.
