STATEMENT OF WORK

I. INTENT

It is the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions to describe Emergency Service required

by Owner & Site Team Staff.

II. SCOPE OF WORKS

1) When:

- As soon as possible, after agreement

- 24 hours, 7 days a week

- Until site team demobilization

2) Where;

- Anywhere in the republic of Korea at the exception of HHI yard premises

3) To whom the service required;

- Owner & Site Team Staff expatriated personnel, their family and visitors

III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE REQUIREMENT

Bilingual English, Korean (Other language would be) phone assistance (to a unique phone number)

In case of

- Car accident or any other accident.

- To deal with other accident victims if any

- To call the police

- To call ambulance

- To communicate with medical personnel in Hospital/Clinic/Pharmacy

- Assistance in handling with emergency situations on Duty Officer Request

(Car accident, Security and Personnel Emergency)

INCOME TAX PAYMENT Taxpayer (Income tax law Article 1 of 1, Tax Treaty Article 15)

An individual who has his/her domicile in Korea or a place of residence for 183 days or more

during two years in Korea is subject to income tax on all incomes derived from sources both

within and outside Korea.

Taxable Income (Class B, Income tax law Article 2 of 20)

Wage and salary income refers to all types of payments received for personal services provide

as an employee by employment from a foreigner or foreign corporation outside of Korea.

17% Flat Tax Rate (19% from January 2017)

If income tax rate is over than 17% based on Korean progressive tax rate, foreign worker (only

for Foreign Taxpayer) may pay income tax based on 17% flat tax rate (18.7% including 10% local

income tax surcharge). In this case, all Tax deduction including 10% Taxpayers Association

Deduction shall not be applicable. If the rate is less than 17%, he/she may pay income tax with

progressive rate tax which means less taxes for less income or salaries.

Immigration Control Law (Korean immigration control law)

If a foreigner wants to renew his/her visa and alien registration card,

He/she should a certificate of Tax Full Payment.
