From points South and West: Take 1-‐90 East (NYS
Thruway) to Exit 51 West-‐Route 33. Stay on Route 33 to the Grider Street exit (approx. 3 miles). Get off at the Grider Street exit and go straight at the stop
sign. At the traffic signal, turn left onto Grider Street. The hospital is the on the right-‐hand side.
Use drives 3 or 4 for Visitor Parking.

Hannah Lapides, MSN, PMHNP Hannah Lapides, MSN, PMHNP is currently a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with the SUNY University of Buffalo’s Access to Psychiatrist through Immediate Care (APIC) Team. Ms. Lapides obtained her Masters in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and previously worked in inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
