The provincial territory is divided intoMunicipalities, which are the closest institutionto the citizen The Provincial administration has its own statuteand regulations and has the task of taking careof the interests of the local community,promoting and coordinating its development. 3. Young people precociously leavingschool (between 16 and 18 years old)Employed fundFunds of the Ministry of labour - ESF Axis IIType of trainings:courses of 2,100 hours (articulated in classroom-workshops-internship activities) with the purpose ofobtaining a professional qualification of EQF level 2. For theyear 2011-2012 the financing of 2,835,000.00 wasdisposed in order to train circa 600 young people for 13different professions (cook, waiter, electrician, carmechanic, coach-builder, beautician, hairstylist...) 9 10. Unemployed adultsEmployed fund: ESF axis II axis IVType of trainings: training courses with the purpose of obtaining professionalqualifications (articulated in classroom-workshops-internshipactivities). EQF levels 2,3,4. training addressed to high school diploma holders, graduates orpeople with a multi-year working experience in the sector; thiscourses are carried out in cooperation with vocational agencies, highschools and faculties of the university. EQF level 5 . specialisation and/or refresher courses for those who already have abasic qualification or a particular school education in order to obtain aspecialization or refresh already acquired skills.10 11.
