POLICY

Green World Company´s policy has been based on six different values, which have allowed help people and the planet without being a lucrative company.

In the company´s policy there is a program which helps to children with cancer. It donates a 30% of its profits.

Each month there is a special activity, where the children can eat their favorite food and enjoy playing different games. The company delivers the money to the director of the institution.

The company provides to its employees an extra bonus, which helps to the workers to pay the school expenses of their children; furthermore, they receive trainings to get better scores in the high school or university.

La política de Green World Company se ha basado en seis valores diferentes, que han permitido ayudar a la gente y el planeta sin ser una empresa lucrativa.

En la política de la empresa existe un programa que ayuda a niños con cáncer. Dona un 30% de sus beneficios.

Cada mes hay una actividad especial, donde los niños pueden comer lo que más les guste y disfrutar de juegos diferentes. La compañía entrega el dinero al director de la institución.

La compañía proporciona a sus empleados un bono extra, lo que ayuda a los trabajadores a pagar los gastos escolares de sus hijos y, además, reciben capacitación para obtener mejores notas en la escuela secundaria o la universidad.

HISTORY

Benjamin Casasola, chemical biologist and founder of Green World Company of Guatemala, He began with the wish of provide any help to save our natural resources. In 1995, after several proof in the National Laboratory, Benjamin and some biologists discovered that through recyclable materials, biodegradable products could be done. Then these products were accepted by the National Laboratory and launched to the trade. Green World Company began as a small business. Its first product was a bag, called “Biobag” then produced corn starch biodegradable products and green paper products. By the time the company were increased its sales. However, the profit increased each year; therefore, in 2011an aid foundation called Green World Houses was created by the company with the purpose of giving people a better life which includes environment, health, etc. Likewise, after many investigations, Green World Company found the seed, which is called “The miracle of this world” for its benefits and the results it has in the air. It helps to clean and maintain the air in better conditions, giving long expectations of life.

Conforme paso el tiempo la compañía incrementó sus ventas. Sin embargo, sus ganancias incrementaron cada año, por lo tanto, en el año 2001una fundación de ayuda nombrada Green World Houses fue creada por la empresa con el propósito de brindar a personas una vida mejor, que incluye el medio ambiente, la salud, etc. Así mismo, Green World Company encontró una semilla, llamada "El milagro de este mundo" por sus beneficios y los resultados que posee para el medio ambiente.
