2018 was an exciting year for Prozas Security (M) Sdn. Bhd., with active 230

local and 168 Nepalese security guards all over Malaysia.

After 11 years have been incorporated, Prozas have succeeded in expanding

their business when it is entrusted to supply safety marshal to

KEC International Limited based in Sarawak.

As for the members, 2018 is a milestone to continue our Moving Beyond

2019 mission as this year shows a significant improvement in our business

development.

In conjunction with our mission, three program have been conducted

throughout the year.

The Gempur Series continues with a new location, Negeri Sembilan which lasted from 17th to 21st December 2018.

This series still maintains the

momentum of the warriors in

approaching potential clients in Negeri

Sembilan itself and have received

positive feedbacks.

A total of 67 potential clients have

been visited throughout the 5 days

Gempur Negeri Sembilan 1.0 took

place.

As a result, Prozas Security (M) Sdn.

Bhd. had been shortlisted in 17

contracts and 4 of them will start in

January and February 2019 in its first 2

days attempt.

A new branch in Bintulu, Sarawak

that headed by Mr. Steven Baru and

assisted by Ms. Noor Syafina Nayan

was set up to ensure more efficient

and effective management of Prozas

Security Operation in the Northern

Region of Sarawak.

The new branch is located in Bintulu

Paragon Sovo A at Old Airport Road,

Bintulu.

A small gathering was held at HQ office in TTDI to celebrate the hard

work and achievements of the members throughout the year 2018.

The organizer also conduct a gift exchange session to enliven the

event as well to strengthening the relationship between the

employees.

A total of 20 people attended the event that held on 27 December

2018.

Prozas Security (M) Sdn. Bhd. Focused Recognition from PETRONAS Refinery & Petrochemical Corporation.

Prozas Security (M) Sdn. Bhd. has achieved a Focus

Recognition from PETRONAS Refinery & Petrochemical

Corporation for their staff’s efficiency in handling emergency

situation.

Four of Prozas security guard managed to detect and

extinguish the fire at the early stage of the situation that

happened nearby Sub-Station 112 at SYS McDowell.

The recognition was awarded during 3rd Security Professional

Meet at Pengerang Integrated Complex on 4th December

2018.

Prozas Security (M) Sdn. Bhd. in actively preparing the process for the migration of

its certifications from Bereau Veritas Certification (M) Sdn. Bhd. to SIRIM QAS

International Sdn. Bhd.

In order to upgrade the Integrated Management System (IMS), Prozas have to

change the current ISO certification from ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007,

MS 1722:2011, ISO 14001:2004 to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and

ISO 18788:2015.

The audit expected to be conducted on January 2019.

On December 2018, Prozas Security (M) Sdn. Bhd. Welcome three new staff

members on board.

In line with the establishment of new branch office in Melaka and the company

expansion plan.

Pn. Munsiah asspointed as our Customer Relation Manager while Cik Aida Syehirah

as our Junior Executive. Both of them will be based in Melaka branch and reporting

to En. Maarof.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Nor Asmir who was seconded to SPZ Consortium has

joined our Prozas Bandar Penawar branch office as the Operations Team effective

from January 2019.

Sarawak Northern Region Team has received a vehicle,

4wd Toyota Hilux to be used for its operation for KEC

International Limited, LAKU Management and Sri Aman.

This unit shall manage off-road interior Sarawak through

the terrain and timber track which enable Prozas wider

coverage to supervise Bakun, Baram, Long Lama, Tubau,

Murum and the likes.

Logistic Department continues to provide support for our

new assignments to all branches in Malaysia.

As for this month, they are busy distributing the uniforms

and all the accessories to Pulau Pinang, Pahang, Johor,

Klang Valley 1 (KV1), Klang Valley 3 (KV3) and Sarawak

branch.

Prozas Security (M) Sdn. Bhd. succeeded in securing the

contract with 62 guards that will start on 1st January

2019.

Our team is working well with the client in house security

team, and auxiliary police to manned the area.

As for the preparation, a briefing was held by the Sunway

Auxiliary Police, Sjn. Zaidah to our personnel on

31 December 2018.

CSG-TNG Certificates of Attendance

Certified Security Guard (CSG) and Trained Nepalese Guard

(TNG) is a training held to majority of the security

personnel who works with Prozas Security (M) Sdn. Bhd.

As for past few years, the number of security personnel

that attended both trainings are increasing.
