    Subject: Facility Management Services at BangaloreAt the outset, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to present our

    company to your organisation.

    We are a leading facility services company with a Pan India presence and

    a strong track record of providing quality services consistently to some of

    the most prestigious companies in India and overseas. Our headquarters

    are in Bangalore and offices across India in Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi and

    Mumbai.

    Please find given below the detailed project proposal. I hope it is in line

    with our discussions so far.

    Objective of the ProposalPrueska India Housing is coming up with a self contained Township around20kms from Bangalore on NH 4.It is a gated paradise with villas & rowhouses, club house and essential services to make a completecommunity.

    Set in a beautiful picturesque location this development is spread across26 Acres, being developed as a magnificent Residential Township. It is aLandmark by itself as it is the most modern architectural design,extremely wonderful landscaping, large open spaces and lush green

    surrounding which make the place a serene, tranquil and most soughtafter eco-friendly Township.

    This project of Prueska India Housing has a horizontal spread thatencompasses 149 units of Villas and 449 units of row houses. It proposesto be a large scale development envisaged to be developed in phases.

    Prueska India Housing has requested SRB to provide a proposal whichdetails the service delivery model particularly aligned to the residentialdevelopment being developed at Bangalore.

    Proposed Organisation Structure:Prueska Villa & Row House Project, Bangalore

    Phase 1 (Aug / Sept 10 to Dec 10) : 24 X 7 Security for the

    site along with housekeeping and cleaning services for the 4 to

    5 model villas and row houses.

    Our Ops Manager will overlook the entire operations in Stage 1 at no

    additional cost to Prueska.

    Phase 2 (January 2011 onwards): One third of the project

    would be completed with most common amenities including

    clubhouse being operational.

    Important Additional Information:

    - 100% of the services & manpower provided by SRB Kluh will be through

    its own employees and not through sub vendors, thus ensuring complete

    accountability and quality.

    - The manpower recommended includes Relievers since each employee

    has to be provided one weekly off as per law.

    The above mentioned rates and structure are inclusive but not

    limited to the following:

    - Common area facility management services for the township of 149

    Villas and 449 Row Houses spread over approximately 20 acres when fully

    operational.

    - Latest minimum wage rates as per Government of Karnataka effective 1st

    April 2010.

    - Manpower rates are inclusive of all statutory compliance deductions and

    contributions like Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Professional

    Tax, Leave Wages, Bonus, Uniforms for the staff etc.

    - Our management fee is included in the rate.

    - Credit period of 30 days. Client needs to pay on completion of 30 days of

    receiving our invoice.

    The above mentioned proposal does not include the following:

    -Taxes as applicable would be charged extra. Currently there is a service

    tax applicable of 10.3%.

    - Any future minimum wage revision by the government will be borne by

    the client.

    - All maintainance & repair costs pertaining to equipment and machines

    owned by the client will be borne directly by the client.

    - All expenses relating to consumption of water, electricity, fuel in the

    maintainance of the site will be borne by the client.

    - Electro mechanical consumables, toiletries for club house & commonareas will be charged extra.

    - On site furnished office with PC, telephone, internet etc will be provided

    by the client. Running cost would be charged on actuals or can be borne

    directly by the client.

    - All costing relates to facility management services for the common

    areas. Services required from time to time by individual house owners

    inside their houses will be charged extra and can be discussed separately.
