This Rate Schedule is available on a contract basis to any customer who can meet all of the following conditions:

1. Where Company's existing facilities have sufficient capacity and gas supply to provide the quantities requested by said customer.

2. Where and when customer can use gas at times other than during the t me of Company's peak day requirements of gas for all of its customer, and cust-omer will discontinue the use of gas hereunder, whenever and to the extent necessary, to prevent the Company from taking from its supplier on any one day a volume of gas in excess of the Company's then effective Contract Demand

AVAILABJLITY OF SERVICE:

Available on a contract basis for use to customers who can meet all of the following conditions: /

(1) Where Company has dequate transmission and dis-tribution facilities vailable to ·meet the requirements of preseat custamers and the service to be supplied here-under.
