Cues There are no bedplates attach on the footboard. Health care providers commit errors in identifying a client. The health care provider is keep on asking the client’s name SCIENTIFIC: Bedplate place on the footboard is valuable. It helps the health care providers to identify the client immediately. Avoids interchanging one client to another one. It is time-consuming when the nurse on duty keeps on returning to the station in case he forgot the client’s primary information. A. Col lec t money from each student. Buy all the necessary things for improvised bedplate. B. Col lec t money from each student and look for a store which literally making bedplates. *Plan A was chosen because it is the easiest way to gather resources to make this project feasible. *Each member will donate certain amount of money that is enough to compensate the inadequacy of hospital facilities. *Count all the beds in the surgery ward to know the exact number of bedplates to be produced. A hospital bed is a bed specially designed for hospitalized patients or others in need of some form of health care. These beds have special features both for the comfort and well being of the patient and for the convenience of health care workers. Plan A was chosen since it is the most convenient and efficient way to produce the bedplates.
