The placebo data from these trials describes a natural history of psychosis in AD (n=285); (n=162)

Experts correlated scale-items and item-scores with their clinical experience to identify characteristics of AD patients with psychosisDelusions/hallucinations subscales: NPI of 4 or greater or BEHAVE-AD of 2 or greater
Mild to Moderate AD, community dwelling (n=285)
