BSC data can be analyzed even more in detail with the cube prepared in MIS from BSC data.

BSC dashboard for MIS is prepared, as BSC perspectives in this case Cube’s names from MIS are used; from every cube 5-6 KPIs are defined and presented.

Description:

BSC gives input with defining strategic goals per products, markets, business units. Then a BP is prepared on basis of the detailed plan.

The detailed plan per products, markets and business units are also the basis for KPI’s monitoring in BSC.

Description:

You can define KPI in BSC or Processes and use them in both applications. Data from BSC per business units can be used to calculate data for Processes.

Description:

Description:

As a result of planning in BP we can produce an entire planning document with text and tables, through the report generator. That document is then available in DM.

Description:

In Cori, corrective measures are defined and reported. Most importantly, success checks are measured with KPI.

If there is some KPI that is bad in Process, we need to define corrective measures and monitor them in Cori.

DM

Process module prepares an ISO document in Word automatically. That document is then available to other users in DM under ISO documents.

Information flow can be prepared in Process module. When defining which documents need to be used in that process, we select them from DM, when the user opens that document, the last version of that document is opened. Also Workflow prepared in Process can generate automated WF in DM.When performers report about their Tasks and their results is an electronic document, they can attach it into the Document management system which can then be viewed by relevant parties.

Description:

When reclamation is received in the form of a document (e.g. email, fax, paper); that document is also available in DM. When reclamation is solving documents, like invoices, contracts from DM are available.

When reclamation is solved and performers report about their Tasks and their results is an electronic document, they can attach it to the Document management system which can then be viewed by relevant parties.

Description:

We gather offers from different suppliers, sign a contract, and receive invoices in the investment process.

All documents are in DM and are then linked to certain investments; there are documents that are prepared internally, for example, explanations about why we need this investment and reports about status of certain investments.
