Description:

BSC gives input with defining strategic goals per products, markets, business units. Then a BP is prepared on basis of the detailed plan.

The detailed plan per products, markets and business units are also the basis for KPI’s monitoring in BSC.

Process module prepares an ISO document in Word automatically. That document is then available to other users in DM under ISO documents.

Information flow can be prepared in Process module. When defining which documents need to be used in that process, we select them from DM, when the user opens that document, the last version of that document is opened.
