Provided PTFE solutionsA/S Gunnar Haagensen provides PTFE seals and sealing solu-tions for hydraulic, pneumatic and static applications used in the energy, oil & gas, maritime and foodstuff related sectors. Our PTFE solutions are employed in demanding applications with high requirements in regards to temperature, wear, service life and chemical resistance.

We offer production of large and small quantities in addition to prototypes for solution validation purposes. Our in-house design department offers support for development and configuration of custom solutions in addition to our program of standard seals. Our machining facilities supports the production of PTFE seals in diameters from a few millimetres up until 2.5 meters for very large applications.

Quality assurance is handled by our QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. This ensures high quality products as well as controlled production process.

Available PTFE compoundsA/S Gunnar Haagensen supplies machined solutions in a wide range of PTFE compounds or other polymeric material. Our standard program includes unfilled virgin PTFE as well as standard and custom filled compounds as shown in the table be-low. For spring-energized seals, profiled springs are offered in stainless steel, DIN material no. 1.4310. US standard, AISI 316. Other alloys are offered on demand.

Furthermore we also offer specific materials such as POM, PET, PVDF, PA and PEEK. Several of our materials are approved for contact with foodstuff and are in compliance with EC 1935:2004 and EU No. 10/2011. Contact us for more information.

Standard PTFE sealsIn addition to our production of custom PTFE parts, A/S Gunnar Haagensen also provides a broad range of standard energized PTFE seals, wipers and guide rings for hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Our PTFE items are produced using high-quality materials and state-of-the-art CNC machines. Energized seals are supplied with appropriate O-rings or springs depending on the intended application.
